The new project has a total of 56 two- to four-room apartments with an area from 43 to 85 square metres, half of which have already been reserved. The building also has 1 commercial area on the ground floor, as well as closed parking and separate storage rooms, and outdoor parking in the communal area. All apartments will be offered to buyers with complete high-quality finish, and it is expected that residents will be able to move in in Summer 2022.
Inspired by the most impressive high-rise in the area – the Latvian Academy of Sciences, the four buildings in the project are named after outstanding world-renowned scientists and artists – Leonardo Da Vinci, Alfred Nobel, Nikola Tesla and Blaise Pascal. The project developers hope that such “encoding” of science and intelligence into the name will help bring together the smart and open minds of society, giving the neighbourhood one more renovated and improved area and a reminder of historical values.
“The new project Elijas Nami will add modern features to the historical buildings of the Maskavas suburb and offer modern housing in an area with growing prestige and demand. The developer of the project Hausers Grupp is very experienced. In 17 years they have brought more than 111 real-estate objects to life in Estonia, from residential buildings to offices and prestigious hotels, which have earned the best reviews. This is why potential owners of apartments in Elijas Nami can be confident that the building is constructed to the highest standards,” says Mareks Grodskis, head of the Corporate Loan Department at Bigbank Latvija.
The Maskavas and Elijas street area is known for its gorgeous historical wooden buildings, and is rich with a spacious green zone, which is unusual for the city centre. Moreover, it is gradually turning into a prestigious neighbourhood, which can compete with Riga’s Quiet Centre (Klusais centrs). The buildings are located at Maskavas iela 31/33/35 and Elijas iela 26. More information about the project is available on the website https://elijasnami.lv/lv/.
